OPI Steady As She Rose

Any nail blogger will tell you that, unfortunately, they have not yet used every single polish in their collection. Getting through untrieds can be such a daunting task and I'm ready to take it on slow and steady (ha!). I'm starting with OPI Steady As She Rose from the Pirates Of The Carribean collection. I added some dotticure with Zoya Tru, a gorgeoous purple creme with gold shimmer.

OPI Steady As She Rose (shade)

Steady As She Rose is a dusty light purple creme that can pull slightly grey or slightly pink depending on the lighting and/or skin tone. The formula was slightly streaking, which caused dragging, which in turn led me to dab polish on bald patches. I used 3 slightly thick coats. The colour is light enough to easily pass off as a nude.

I can't believe I haven't used this polish before! It is definitely part of my work-appropriate polishes now. What were your favourites from this collection?

    1. The Pirates of the Carribean collection was limited edition so your best bet would be an online retailer/Amazon. Good luck!
